First Place 4 Health

The First Place 4 Health program is the result of a godly desire placed in the hearts of a group of Christians in Houston, Texas in 1981. Their desire was to establish a Christ-centered weight control program that addressed all areas of life-physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The resulting program is designed as three 12 week sessions per year-winter, spring and fall. Members stay with the same group for the entire season, encouraging and challenging one another to meet their fitness goals. Each weekly group meeting includes a weigh-in, nutritional information, class discussion, Bible study discussion and prayer.

Hands and Feet

Hands and Feet is a Group that enables all of Pantano's members to be a part of an online community. The purpose of this Group is to be able to help meet the needs of others in our congregation. You might simply be in need of a prayer or you may need help changing your cooler pads. We will vet the request and send it out to our Group. All people with different talents and gifts are called to lead, and we can work together to build our community with our church. If a neighbor needs help, let Hands and Feet know. This will bless them and show the love or our Lord. How are you going to be the hands and feet of Christ?"
