Do you enjoy praying with people one-on-one? Consider serving in this area by praying with anyone who may have a need or prayer request after any PCC service. This usually happens at the front of the auditorium immediately following service. We have a new Prayer Garden area added for a more quiet, serene atmosphere!

This Group is for Seniors (those aged 55+) to come together for fellowship and to enjoy everyone’s company. We take time for prayers and praises of worship to our God.
We bring snacks and enjoy our time playing table games together.
We meet every Tuesday from noon until 4pm on campus in the Student Union building.

Host Team 2023

Rejected/Abandoned parents – you are not alone.

One of the hardest things to experience is the betrayal wound that occurs when your own child grows up to hate you.
Parents who have been rejected by a child experience a type of pain that is not matched by any other. This support group will allow parents the opportunity to:
*Seek support by connecting with those that understand estrangement and can help
*Seek connection by investing in people and activities that can help restore a sense of your identity as a person and meaning in your life.
*Seek forgiveness-put focus on learning the self-forgiveness process

“You can’t be a parent and not make mistakes. This does not mean that your mistakes are the reason for your estrangement or that you deserve it.”-Coleman

Starting in April 2023 – We’ll meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month on campus from 4pm-5pm.

    Meet in TH5.
“So many Christians try to come up with ways they can serve God and then ask Him to bless their efforts. But the more biblical approach is to observe what God is already doing around us and join Him in that work. In the process, we discover a deeper understanding of God and develop the ability to serve Him even more. But it all begins by understanding how much God loves us and then learning how and when He speaks.” This study does include significant daily homework, so if you would like to join, we ask that you prayerfully consider if you will have the time to do it. You can order the workbook through Gospel Supply store here in town or Amazon. Be sure it is the updated version with a brown/rust colored cover. The cost of the workbook varies from about $22-$29 depending on where you order it. Since it is a 12-week study, we ask that you purchase your book early enough to complete Unit 1, pages 6-28 before we meet for the first class.
  • B. “The book of Psalms”, Sue Monge Cost: Registration fee only
    Meet in Student Union.
The book comes from the Greek word psalmos, which means “a song sung to the accompaniment of a musical instrument. In Hebrew the word is tehillim which means “praises”.
Let your spirit be renewed and your heart uplifted as we bask in the songs and praises of the psalms. No book needed, just your Bible or device.

  • C. “Better – Bible Study Book: A Study of Hebrews” – Jen Wilkin – Cynthi Knight & Leanne Ragel Cost: Registration Fee + Book purchase. Meet in Starting Point.
In this verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews, Jen Wilkin explores how God “provided something better for us” in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40). Through stories of Old Testament heroes and practices, the author of Hebrews demonstrates how the new covenant is superior to the old and how Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of every promise. Explore familiar verses in context of the entire Bible, learning how to place your hope and faith in Christ alone.
You can purchase the book at the Gospel Supply on Broadway for $15.00, Amazon is more expensive.

Surrendering the Secret: Healing the Heartache of Abortion

Many women hide the secret of abortion deep in their hearts and they are suffering severe consequences. They carry a great burden of shame and failure, afraid to reveal their hidden pain, and by doing so are forced to endure the long-lasting effects in isolation.
Surrendering the Secret will allow women to release this burden and find freedom through ‘redemptive community’ while experiencing hope and joy, as shame and failure are replaced with beauty.

Surrendering the Secret is a powerful 8-step Bible study that helps hurting women find the path to healing and freedom through the hope of Scripture, meaningful hands-on experiences, unique journaling exercises, and a confidential, caring community of women who understand your pain. Through this study you will understand how God wants to use your past to find freedom and purpose in your future.

While there is no fee for the Bible study, you will need to purchase a copy of the Surrendering the Secret study guide, available from Amazon or Lifeway.

We meet on Mondays from 6pm-8pm on campus. Ladies are welcome to join at any time.
