AMEN- Influencers for Christ

Whether you are working or not, whatever your ability, gifting or hobby, God can use it to create opportunities to share your faith. This is a group meeting for Christians from the neighborhood of people who desire to unashamedly share their faith—whether from a platform or through daily encounters with family, friends and strangers, & those in the field of arts, media and entertainment with a similar passion.
We pray together, share openly about personal & spiritual life, brainstorm and receive teaching & encouragement every meeting.
We meet online on the 1st Thursday of each month from 9:15am-10:15am.
We also meet on campus on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6pm-7pm.

We meet on the last Sunday of each month in the late afternoon or early evening (typically around sunset). Location will vary each month and some may involve carpooling.

After a short (3-5 minute) devotional, we will photograph then go out for an inexpensive dinner. This is an opportunity to develop relationships, be a good witness to those we encounter, and learn to improve photography skills.
Group is open to adults of any age and high school students who are accompanied by an adult.

Men meeting for fellowship, sharing, and growth in Christ. Utilizing the previous Sunday’s message along with occasional different topics important to men. Other activity may involve serving and helping Group members as the Holy Spirit leads.
A group prayer:
I will be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. I put on the full armor of God, so that I can take my stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. I put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, I am ready and able to stand my ground, and after I have done everything, to stand. Still, I will stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with my feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, I take up the shield of faith, with which I can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. I take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

We are a recreational and spiritual hiking Group that enjoys fellowship in God’s creation.
All are welcome, but we are mostly a women’s Group.

All of our hikes start around sunrise to take advantage of cooler mornings and earlier starts. We have three levels of hiking. On the 1st Saturday of every month we’ll be featuring our advanced hike. It will have elevation, longer trails (6-11 miles) and last several hours-often past lunchtime. This is not the hike to choose if you are just starting out or are out of shape. The 2nd & 3rd Saturday of every month will be our intermediate hikes. These hikes will not have as much elevation and will vary from 3-7miles and take 2-6 hours-still, consider your skill level before joining. The Tucson walkabout occurs on the 4th Saturday of each month and we’ll walk about 2 miles-often on paved or packed dirt paths. These are good treks for beginners.
