Matthew 11:28-30 says, “Then Jesus said, ‘Come to Me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you. Let Me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.'”. We’ll be diving into what it means to rest in the Lord and what that might look like in our every-day lives. Resting in the Lord and trusting in Him as we keep our eyes on the finished work of the Cross.

  • B. “Rooted”, Sue Monge and Kathy Schlitz facilitators CLASS IS FULL.
Rooted isn’t simply a Bible study or a book. It is a small-group experience, where people practice 7 rhythms essential to a healthy relationship with Jesus. Individuals establish firm roots in the Truth of God’s Word through personal study then come together to discuss what they’re learning in a space where they are safe and known. Rooted is a ten-week course that introduces participants to foundational Christian beliefs, stories and spiritual rhythms for daily life. Workbooks include 5 devotional readings for each week and prompts for personal reflection on key experiences.

We watch Him bring light after darkness, order after chaos, and rest after toil—all through the power of His Word.
There is a $24.99 fee for the book and individual video access + the TMW registration fee. Cynthi and Leanne will order the book for you. You will need to pick up and pay for the book at the Gospel Supply on Broadway Meeting in Starting Point Room.

TMW Bible Study Fall 2022

Unashamed: Drop the Baggage, Pick up Your Freedom, Fulfill Your Destiny

Shame can take on many forms. It hides in the shadows of the most successful, confident and high-achieving woman who struggles with balancing her work and children, as well as in the heart of the broken, abused and downtrodden woman who has been told that she will never amount to anything. Shame hides in plain sight and can hold us back in ways we do not realize. But author Christine Caine wants readers to know something: we can all be free.

Join us on Sunday mornings from 9am-10:15am starting August 28th on campus for this 6-week book study.
While there is no fee for the study, you will need to purchase a copy of the book.

Men meeting for fellowship, sharing, and growth in Christ. Utilizing the previous Sunday’s message along with occasional different topics important to men. Other activity may involve serving and helping Group members as the Holy Spirit leads.
A group prayer:
I will be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. I put on the full armor of God, so that I can take my stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. I put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, I am ready and able to stand my ground, and after I have done everything, to stand. Still, I will stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with my feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, I take up the shield of faith, with which I can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. I take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
We meet each Saturday morning from 7am-9am in the 85710 zip code.
