“Get R.E.A.L.” Paige Lindholm facilitator
Paul is all over the parallel of physical and spiritual training but have you ever taken the time to really apply those in your life? 1 Tim 4:8 says, ” for physical training is of some value, but godliness is of value for all things, holding promises for both the present life and the life to come.” Is anything truly successful without God as your focus, your coach, your motivator? In this study we will break down 4 areas of life “R” real food, “E” exercise, “A” attitude, “L” lifestyle, and touch on why all 4 of them are important in your overall physical health. We will also cover these same 4 principles of your spiritual health and see how they all fit together. We have the honor of having Rebecca Hamlin, LCSW, and Carly Garreffa, Certified Personal Trainer, contributing this semester. Study will be led by Paige Lindholm, BS Exercise Physiology, Health Management & Promotion, Certified Health Coach.

“All The Places To Go, How Will You Know?” John Otberg author, Sara Strada facilitator
“Rarely in the Bible does God command someone to ‘stay.’ Instead, he opens a door and invites us to walk through it – into the unknown. And whether we stay or go will ultimately determine the kind if life we’ll live and the kind of person we’ll become.
In ‘All the Places to Go, How Will You Know?,’ bestselling author John Ortberg opens our eyes to the countless open doors God places before us every day, teaches us how to recognize them, and encourages us to step out in faith and embrace all the extraordinary opportunities that await.”
Cost $20.00 ($10.00 participation fee + $10.00 Book) book is required.
“John’s Gospel”, Jane Zwicker facilitator
The foundational thread we see throughout this Book, is that we can’t attain salvation through our good deeds but only through faith in the perfect and finished work of Christ Jesus. We’ll also talk about what this Good News means to us in our everyday lives; looking at what we believe and how we live out our beliefs.
Cost $10.00 ( participation fee. No book is required, just bring your Bible. If you do not have a Bible we have one for you!).
“Breathe”, Priscilla Shirer author. Mandy Lucus facilitator
One of the greatest challenges among women in our culture is taking time to stop and cease from all the activities and busyness and just breathe. We are in bondage to busyness. We constantly strive to complete the limitless to-do lists that hinder us from experiencing all that God has for us. We miss the moments because we rush ahead to the next thing. By neglecting time for tranquility, serenity, and repose, we limit our Christlikeness and miss out on some of God’s greatest gifts. Sabbath was intended as a gift, and it is still a gift to us today. If you are weary, worn out, and exhausted the concept of Sabbath will change your life.
Cost $21.00 ($10.00 participation fee + $11.00 book).
