Woman to Woman Potluck & Fellowship – October

You are invited to be a part of the monthly Woman to Woman Potluck and Fellowship! We meet on the last Monday of the month. We have a special guest speaker or activity each month along with a potluck dinner, prayer & fellowship. This is a great way for all women at Pantano Christian Church to connect with other women. All ages are welcome!

Speaker: Selena Mahoney “A Place Called Found”

Menu: Baked Potato Bar Woman to Woman will provide baked potatoes, butter and sour cream. Please bring other toppings, side dishes or desserts.

Please note: This event is for women only and not suitable for children.

Season of Giving

Please join us to help make the holidays brighter for children and families. This will include a number of ways for people to give during the Christmas Season.

Giving Tree – Partnering with the Department of Child Safety, we will have ornaments for people to choose beginning October 31. Purchase the gift on the ornament and return the gift to Pantano by Dec. 3. DCS will deliver the gifts to the child.

Schools – We will be partnering with schools to provide gifts where parents can “shop” for their kids. Purchase any new toy and return it unwrapped to Pantano between Nov 3 and Dec 1.

Thanksgiving food bags – Spread joy and love to seniors in assisted living through our “Blessings in a Bag” initiative. Here’s how it works: pick up an ornament at Pantano with a list of items a senior has wished for, purchase the gifts, and return them to the church. It’s a simple yet powerful way to bless someone with the warmth and care they deserve. Your generosity will not only brighten their holiday but remind them that they are seen and valued. Let’s come together and make this a season of true giving!

Imuris, Mexico One Day Mission Trip – November 23

We’d love for you to come with us on a day trip to Imuris, Mexico to see the amazing work being done by Reino de Los Ninos (Kids Kingdom). Kids Kingdom is an orphanage, church, and community outreach center. During our visit, we’ll have the opportunity to connect with the children through fun activities like crafts, Bible stories, games, and sports.

We’ll also be working alongside community members to provide outreach opportunities to nearby neighborhoods. Each month we will have a specific emphasis such as women’s ministry, work projects, leadership training, parenting classes, food distribution, and more.

Even though we’ll only be there for a day, the impact of this trip will be long-lasting. You’ll learn powerful lessons from the kids, the local ministry, and from God.

MomCo

Pantano MomCo (formerly MOPS) is a grassroots movement that believes moms are world influencers. We believe that incubating hearts and giving just-because-hugs can change the course of history. We connect all moms to a community of women who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. We rally women to be more honest, to feel more equipped and to find their identity by journeying along-side one another. We are moms, and we believe that better moms make a better world. Pantano MomCo is open to all moms, not just moms of Pantano Christian Church and we’d love to have you join us!
