Rocky Point 2026

A short-term mission trip where we partner with 1Mission to build homes and love our neighbors to Jesus, one family at a time. Built for first-timers and families alike.
– Registration closes Sept 7

---- What is Rocky Point

Four days. One coast. A home that wasn't there before.

Each fall, Pantano caravans south to Puerto Peñasco “Rocky Point” on the Sea of Cortez. We pick up hammers alongside a local family and, in a single weekend, help frame and raise a house that becomes their home.

You don’t need construction skills. You don’t need to have done this before. If you can carry a board, paint a wall, or play with kids, there’s a place for you on the build site. It’s one of the most hands-on, whole-family ways we know to put love into motion.

Mornings are work. Afternoons are the local community. Evenings are dinner, worship, and stories around the table at the 1Mission complex.

Our partner

1Mission

1Mission gives families in poverty the opportunity to earn their home by serving their own community. The house isn’t a handout — it’s earned through hours invested in neighbors, which builds dignity and roots that outlast the build.
