ROOTED FAQ'S

GET YOUR ANSWERS TO SOME OF THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT ROOTED.

Rooted groups will meet either once a week or twice per month.
Rooted groups are held off campus in individual homes.
Rooted includes a workbook and asks participants to engage in a 15-20-minute Bible reading, devotion and response 5 days a week. It’s an accessible and meaningful way to grow during the Rooted experience!
Rooted is not just a Bible study, but it is a group discipleship experience that will lead you toward a deeper and more meaningful life, provoke questions and conversations between imperfect people wanting to know Jesus better, and will launch each of us out of our comfort zones and into a life with Jesus unlike anything we’ve ever experienced.
Rooted can be for EVERYONE, not just people new to Pantano or new to knowing Jesus. So, whether you are just starting your faith journey or have been a Christ-follower a long time, Rooted will challenge and encourage you into a life with Jesus unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
We offer co-ed and gender specific groups. Rooted is an experience for adults. Our Rooted groups are all for ages 18+. Please see the descriptions for each group regarding gender and if childcare is available.
The 10-week Rooted experience is 13 total sessions; 10 on your normal selected group time, 2 outside experiences with your group and a final celebration that you won’t want to miss. Rooted participants are expected to attend a minimum of 10 of the 13 sessions.
We don’t want you or your group to miss out on the Rooted experience! If you need to miss more than 3 of the weekly sessions and experiences, we will ask you to attend a future Rooted session to be considered a Rooted Alumni.
All Rooted groups will do a Prayer Experience and a Serve Experience — each take about 3 hours and will be scheduled as a group. All Rooted Groups are also invited to attend our Rooted Celebration on campus.
Registration cost is $40/person, which includes a Rooted Workbook and meals during the Prayer and Celebration experiences.

Most Rooted groups have around 12-14 people.

We will continue to offer Rooted in future seasons. Stay tuned for dates and times!
Rooted groups are facilitated by individuals or couples who have already experienced Rooted and who have been through a training process.

Rooted groups accepting new members can be found on our website. Simply find the group you would like to join and click on the registration link. The facilitator will connect with you for more specific details.
